Bug 1996057 - Visual fixes for strings in the backup onboarding spotlight r=omc-reviewers,jprickett
Corrects the bolding of some strings, and fixes button sizing on the last screen of the spotlight message.
N.B. The string differences mentioned in the bug ("Browse" vs. "Choose" && "Password requirements" vs. "required") aren't fixed here as they would require string changes, and the existing strings have been cleared with UX/product.
