vim-patch:9.0.1665: empty CmdlineEnter autocommand causes errors in Ex mode

Problem:    Empty CmdlineEnter autocommand causes errors in Ex mode.
Solution:   Save and restore ex_pressedreturn. (Christian Brabandt,
            closes # 12581, closes vim/vim#12578)
