vim-patch:8.2.1746: Vim9: cannot use "fina" for "finally" (#23497)

Problem:    Vim9: Cannot use "fina" for "finally". (Naruhiko Nishino)
Solution:   Specifically check for "fina". (closes vim/vim#7020)
