vim-patch:9.1.0157: Duplicate assignment in f_getregion() (#27766)

Problem:  Duplicate assignment in f_getregion().
Solution: Remove the duplicate assignment.  Also improve getregion()
          docs wording and fix an unrelated typo (zeertzjq)
