runtime(vim): Add support for <ScriptCmd> syntax (vim/vim#10686)

Adding `<ScriptCmd>` to list of angle-bracket notation syntax, just like `<Cmd>`

`<Cmd>` is already highlighted.
```vim
nnoremap <leader>o <Cmd>Oldfiles()<CR>
```

`<ScriptCmd>` is not.
