fix(treesitter): update @markup default links

* use `Special` as default for `@markup.*`, especially `@markup.raw` and
  `@markup.math` (`@markup` itself is never used)
* use `Structure` for `@markup.environment`
* highlight all of `@markup.link` as Underlined (otherwise concealed
  links are invisible)
